GENERAL MEETING (6 FEB 2016)

A general meeting was organized on Saturday, 6th February 2016 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in VIT boardroom . Toastmaster of the day of the general meeting was TM Anand Meena. The meeting had two session. First session was prepared speech session in which speakers gave speeches from their CC module (that is competent communicator) and second session was Evaluation session in which each speaker had evaluated by their evaluators and general evaluator.

The Revised Executive Committee (EC) team was announced by TM Chinoy Pareek (Ex- President) who also motivated all the new selected EC members towork harder towards the club goals.

There was no Table Topic session due to shortage of time. There were six speakers in the meeting. All the members did their best for making the meeting successful. Overall the meeting was informative, knowledgeable and helpful for all the members.
