GENERAL MEETING (12 FEB 2016)

A general meeting was organized on Friday, 12th February 2016 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm in VIT boardroom . Toastmaster of the day of the general meeting was TM Rishabh Singh. Table Topic Master was TM Mritunjay Tak. The meeting had four session. First session was prepared speech session in which speakers gave speeches from their CC module (that is competent communication). Second session was Table topic session in which members got a topic to speak on their feet. Third session was Evaluation session in which each speaker had evaluated by their evaluators and general evaluator and Fourth session was announcing the winners (that is best speaker, best table topic speaker, best evaluator).

There were seven speakers in the meeting. Out of them, two speakers delivered their ice breaking speech (CC1) and one speaker (TM Anand Meena) completed his CC module. All the members did their best for making the meeting successful. Overall the meeting had good strength and was knowledgeable for all the members.
