GENERAL MEETING (26 FEB 2016)

A general meeting was organized on Friday, 26th February 2016 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in VIT boardroom . The meeting had four session. First session was prepared speech session in which speakers gave speeches from their  modules. Second session was Table topic session in which members got a topic to speak on their feet. Third session was Evaluation session in which each speaker had evaluated by their evaluators and general evaluator and Fourth session was announcing the winners (that is best speaker, best table topic speaker, best evaluator).

A general meeting was organized on Monday, 15th February 2016 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in VIT boardroom . Toastmaster of the day of the general meeting was TM Vaibhav Sharma. The meeting had two sessions. First session was prepared speech session and second session was Evaluation session in which each speaker had evaluated by their evaluators and general evaluator.

There were seven speakers in the meeting. Out of them, three speakers delivered their ice breaking speech(CC1) There were no Table Topic session and Evaluation session due to shortage  of time. All the members did their best for making the meeting successful. Overall the meeting had good strength and was knowledgeable for all the members.

AREA LEVEL COTP & CJTP @ JAIPUR

CLUB OFFICERS AND CHIEF JUDGES TRAINING PROGRAM (COTP & CJTP)

VIT TOASTMASTERS organized the area level Club Officer Training Program at Vivekananda Global Institution on 7th of February, where all the clubs of Area B4, Division B came  together for amazing learning experience. Members were able to understand more about their officer roles and contest judging criteria.

There were three sessions namely; Know More About Toastmasters, Club online resources and Moments of Truth. In parallel, there were Officers Training and Judges Training Program along with the sessions on Distinguished Club Program, selective distinguished club Program , Golden Gavel Award. The Sessions were informative, Knowledgeable and beneficial for club growth in session 2016-2017.

Table Topic Master was TM Mritunjay Tak. The meeting had four session. First session was prepared speech session in which speakers gave speeches from their CC module (that is competent communication). Second session was Table topic session in which members got a topic to speak on their feet. Third session was Evaluation session in which each speaker had evaluated by their evaluators and general evaluator and Fourth session was announcing the winners (that is best speaker, best table topic speaker, best evaluator).

There was no Table Topic session due to shortage of time. There were six speakers in the meeting. All the members did their best for making the meeting successful. Overall the meeting was informative, knowledgeable and helpful for all the members.
