GENERAL MEETING (23 APRIL 2016)

It was a great success for the club to have a proficient and active members. The  meeting was successful which was organized on Saturday, 23th April 2016  in VIT- East Boardroom without the presence of 3rd and 4th year students. A wonderful job has done by Table topic master (TM Debarshi) and Toastmaster of the day (TM Tanay Sharma) who selected the theme of the meeting i.e. Magic. The meeting had three session:.

1. Prepared Speech Session

2. Table Topic Session

3. Evaluation Session

All the members did their best for making the meeting successful. Overall the meeting was informative and  knowledgeable for all the members.

DIVISION LEVEL INTERNATIONAL SPEECH AND TABLE TOPIC CONTEST GURGAON (10 APRIL 2016)

It's true that "The destiny of hard work is always success". Congratulations to TM Chinoy Pareek and TM Muskan Bharti on their glorious and incredible victory. They both were the winners in division level contest " TM Chinoy Pareek in International speech contest and TM Muskan Bharti in Table topic contest" which was held on 10th, April 2016 at Gurgoan. Along with the contestant, a fantastic job has done by the members of VIT Toastmaster in playing roles and cheering all the contestants in the contest.

Kudos to TM Muskan , the way she fought and gave lot of efforts in table topic for winning the contest is really commendable. Her topic was " Don't count the days make the days count"

If talking about TM Chinoy then literally "he is the best and he is the champion". His speech was not only inspiring but humorous also and he gave outstanding performance in all the things.

Now, both(TM Chinoy in International speech contest and TM Muskan in table topic contest) will represent division B in Oration 2016 on 28th,29th May 2016 at Goa.

Congratulations to whole VIT family for this achievement. We are confident that you people will continue with even more success. So, good luck and keep up the good work and remember "When we stand together, we stand strong."

FAREWELL MEETING (8 APRIL 2016)

A Very Fond Farewell to the 6 Pillars of the Club....

It was so hard to say goodbye to the senior members of the club (TM Chinoy Pareek, TM Ishank Raisinghani, TM Ashish Parnami, TM Yash Jain, TM Keerti Nair, TM Kratika Simlote). VIT Toastmasters family congrats them for their fabulous achievements, wishes for their dreams to accomplish and thank them for their unconditional contibution to the club; which made the club touch the sky. A fantastic farewell has given to the towering personalities by members of the club in the meeting which was held on Friday, 8th April 2016. It was their last meeting and members of the club worked hard in preparing cards, preparing speeches, speaking on table topics and playing a skit for giving them a tribute.

Every senior member is felicitated with the cards after the speech. They shared their last words of wisdom, overall experience and motivated members to do well for the club in their last meeting of VIT Toastmaster. A big applause for those members (TM Anand, TM Muskan and many more) who arranged the meeting so well.

At the end. Members celebrated the farewell with some refreshment and cake cutting ceremony.

Good bye, be in touch and we wish you for your bright future. We will miss the great time we had in meetings and trips together.

One day I may be meeting you and raising a toast in the name of VIT Toastmasters. 

                                                                 

AREA LEVEL LEVEL INTERNATIONAL SPEECH AND TABLE TOPIC CONTEST UDAIPUR (3 APRIL 2016)

An Area level International Speech Contest and Table Topic Contest were organized on Sunday, 3rd April 2016 in Udaipur. 28 members went to venue for supporting the contestants from VIT toastmasters. The guest of the contest was TM Nitesh Gupta. The contest started at 10:30 a.m., it was really a remarkable contest to witness. There were 4 contestants in prepared speech and 4 contestants in Table topic contest.

With the word war of oratory skills for 2 hours, we got two positions-TM Chinoy  Pareek "1st Runner up in Prepared Speech " and TM  Muskan Bharti  "1st runner up in Table topic"

It was very hard to finalize the results because all the contestants did their best. Fantastic job has done by both the contestants from our club. Now TM Chinoy Pareek in speech contest and TM Muskan Bharti in table topic contest will represent VIT Toastmasters in Division level international speech contest and table topic contest which will be held in Gurgoan on Sunday, 10th April 2016.
