RESONANCE 2K15
The three day semi-annual conference “Resonance 2k15”of District 41 was held in Radisson blu hotel, pink city from 20 November to 22 November with the sponsorship of VGI (vivekanada global institutions). The convener of the conference is TM IshankRaisinghania of VIT Toastmaster.

20 November 2015 (Friday)
The event started with the District Executive Committee Meeting which was followed by the grand opening ceremony. The youngest convener in the history of Toastmasters, IshankRaisinghani welcomed the grand gathering for the three magnificent days of oratory delight. It was ‘Bon Mot’ call from the conference convener.
DD Neeraj Gupta, DTM was delighted to visit the pink city as he said in his welcome address, which was followed by cultural program by music and dance enthusiasts.
DrRitu Arora, DTM who was one of the Keynote speakers, made all of us to remember about our childhood days when she started her session by showing beautiful crayons and stated “Broken crayons still color the same”.She gave important public speaking tip of keeping the content simple if you want to express.
The beautiful evening was enlightened by the motivational session held by the National Award Winner- NavinGulia, whose keynote speech mesmerized every soul and heart listening him.
The game changing lines by him “No success comes easy and what comes easy is no success” summed up his book “In Quest of the Last Victory”.
The day was concluded by the Cultural event followed by dinner where the keynote speaker NavinGulia did the book signing.
The day was called off. 































21 November 2015 (Saturday)
There could be no other place to be present at than this district conference on the weekend.
It was the day of district level Evaluation Speech Contest, but before unfolding of the contest the Keynote speaker Mr. Dilip Narayan Wagh (SrDabbawala) unfolded the secrets of Dabbawals of mumbai.
125 years of serving with the precision level of 99.99%, SrDabbawala shared the working process of their service in Mumbai. The classical Six Sigma Study by Forbes Group was explained by ease and simplicity by the keynote speaker.
Then the awaited contest stroked: Evaluation speech contest. 6 evaluators evaluating a single target speaker with the very famous CRC approach made it look like sweet poison killing of the target speaker.
The keynote speaker DrHimanshuRai held a session on “Ethical Leadership“from Mahabharata to Future Bharata in which he shared his views on the history of Indian leadership.
He defined Leadership by stating “Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to complete an objective.”
He explained that Morality and Ethics are not interchangeable terms and Good and Bad is different from Right and Wrong.
Something to take away from his interactive eyebrow rising session was FIRE. He ordered to develop FIRE within which is F: Fortitude, IR: Introspective Reflections and E: Equanimity.
This crazy session was followed by 2014-2015 Awards and felicitations in which VIT Toastmasters won the “Rising Sat Club Award”.
The most awaited Keynote speaker, the talk of the town Speaker, The World Champion of Public Speaking 2015: Mohammed Al Qahtani was finally on stage greeted by the thundering applause as he was all set to begin his session “Yes You Can!”
His life changing and transforming session required lots of jotting and captivation. He taught us to face our fear, start our journey by saying- it’s never too late and keep going and keep chasing our Bucket list.
The meeting was called off but the fun night was waiting with both the hands open as the District sponsored the evening at ChowkhiDhani. Everybody was awestruck as they were presented to the classical orthodox culture of Rajasthan at ChowkhiDhani.

22 November 2015 (Sunday)
The day of Distrct 41’s Humorous Speech Contest. The contest for which everybody was eyeing from long back. Six contestants or rather six humor connoisseurs ready to fight like musketeers at the district level to be crowned as the National Winner. 
VIT Toastmaster’s President Mr.ChinoyPareek, CC, CL was one of those six contestants with his speech title ‘Superhero’. He mesmerized everybody with his humorous speech and left many hearts and souls melted and many eyes numb when he said “You don’t need a superhero in your life because your dad is your superhero”.
The contest was followed by the final appearance of the World Champion Mohammed Al Qahtani with his motivational session ‘Unlock You Potential’ which also comprised of a stand-up comedy act by hi. He received a grand standing ovation as he leaved.
His call of action was “Focus on your strengths and chase your dream until you get to it.”
The day was concluded with Curtain Raiser for Oration 2016 which is going to be held at Goa.
The contest results were declared.

Felicitation of VIT Toastmasters by Toastmasters International | 14th Dec'15

On 14th December 2015 VIT Toastmasters club was visited by first vice president Toastmasters International DTM Balraj Arunasalam along with former International Director DTM Deepak Menon and District Director, district 41, DTM Neeraj Gupta.



The guests were formally welcomed with a memento of Vivekananda by Prof. Dr M Raisinghani, vice-chairperson VGI, Dr D.P Dharmora, principal VIT, and VIT Toastmasters faculty coordinator Mrs. Haeena Shahjahan.

DTM Deepak Menon shared an educational session titled “Magical Moments” with the students. The session focused on how to become a magician of public speaking and how to win the world championship of public speaking? It was a wonderful session and the young toastmasters of VIT gained a lot of knowledge from it. The session was followed by the address of DTM Balraj Arunasalm. He shared his journey as a toastmaster with the students and the benefits that you
receive in your life being a toastmaster. He ended with the quote
                 “don’t look at the destination focus at the journey to be travelled and eventually you will reach your desired destination.”



In the end our district director, district 41, DTM Neeraj Gupta felicitated VIT toastmasters with a token of appreciation in the form of a memento to VIT toastmasters for their support and hard work during the semiannual conference district 41 resonance 2015. The entire session was very enriching and helpful for each and every toastmasters present.

Select Distinguished Club & The Rising Star Club Award

VIT Toastmasters awarded with the Select Distinguished Club award and also The Rising Star Club award this year as the club succeeded in adding 9 more members to the VIT Toastmasters family before 9 Sept. The Rising Star Club award will be given to the VIT Toastmasters club during RESONANCE'15 November 20-22 award ceremony. It's a prideful moment for the club members.

Division Level Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest

Division Level Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest held on 27 Sept. in Gurgaon in which TM Chinoy Pareek won the first prize in Humorous Speech Contest. It is a prideful moment as he will be now representing VIT Toastmasters at District Level which will be held in November 20-22 i.e. RESONANCE'15.


Area Level Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest

Area Level Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest held on 20 Sept. at SKIT Campus where VIT Toastmasters saved the first place in both Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest in which TM Chinoy Pareek won the frist prize in Humorous Speech Contest and TM Ishank Raisinghani won the first prize in Evaluation Contest. TM Chinoy Pareek and TM Ishank Raisinghani then represented VIT Toastmasters at Division Level.

Club Officers Training Program And Judges Training Program

Members of  VIT TOASTMASTERS, Jaipur organised Area B4 Club Officers Training Program & Judges Training Program organised at VIT Campus, Jaipur where clubs from Jaipur  attended for amazing learning experience. Members were able to understand more about their officer roles, contest judging criteria and more about Toastmasters through group activities and sessions like Know Your Toastmasters, Moments of truth, Distinguish Club Program, Club Online resources, Club Officers Training Program and Judges Training Program.



There was a session about goals and club building; the Sessions for COTP were conducted by TM Chinoy Pareek for President and TM Ishank Raisinghania for Vice President-Education and TM Yash Jain for Vice President-Public Relations and Division Governor TM Mukesh Kulothia for Vice-President Membership and TM Muskan Bharti for Treasurer and TM Keerti Nair for Secretary and TM Kratika Simlote for Logistics Manager . Later, Moment of Truth session was organized to analyze the club's performance by the club members. With the pledge  to make the club eligible for President's Distinguished Toastmasters Club, the members of all the clubs seemed determined and the meeting came to an end.
