Extempore on topics “Creating job for millions ” in E WEEK 2015

The event was organized as a part of the ongoing E-Week. The main objective of the event was to nurture the young talents and give their views regarding job  and the amendments to be made for a Made In India, a huge platform. The competition proved out to be a great success as the participants were extremely enthusiastic in presenting their views. The event was organized by the  VIT Toastmasters .

Select Distinguished Award from Toastmaster International

This is really an immmence pleasure for VIT TOASTMASTERS  that for the second time we are receiving Select Distinguish Award from Toastmaster International .

OFFICERS TRAINING PROGRAM IN UDAIPUR

Members of VIT TOASTMASTERS, Jaipur attended Area C Club Officers Training Program at Techno NJR Institute of Technology, Udaipur where clubs from Jaipur, Udaipur, Bhiwadi came together for 2 days of amazing learning experience. Members were able to understand more about their officer roles, contest judging criteria and more about Toastmasters through group activities and sessions like Know Your Toastmasters, Moments of truth, Distinguish Club Program, Club Online resources, Club Officers Training Program and Judges Training Program.

There was a session about goals and club building; the Sessions for OTP were conducted by Area Governor TM Kalpana for Treasure, Secretary, SAA and Vice-President PR   and Division Governor TM Mukesh for President, Vice-President Education and Vice-President Membership   . Later, Moment of Truth session was organized to analyze the club's performance by the club members. With the pledge to make the club eligible for President's Distinguished Toastmaster's Club, the members of  all the  clubs seemed determined and the meeting came to an end.

AREA LEVEL INTERNATIONAL HUMOROUS SPEECH AND EVALUATION CONTEST

VIT Toastmasters organized its club's Humorous Speech And Evaluation  Contest on 16th September 2014. . Six members participated in the contest and Toastmaster Muskan Bharti emerged as the winner and qualified to participate in area level International speech contest. Toastmaster Isha Saxena won the Evaluation Contest  and she also qualified to participate in the area level contest. Congrats to both of them from VIT Toastmasters family.

OFFICERS & JUDGES TRAINING PROGRAM IN GURGAON

Members of VIT TOASTMASTERS,Jaipur, ,attended the  Division C Club Officers Training Program/Judges Training Program at Xl India Pvt.Ltd, Gurgaon (26th and 27th July,2014). where clubs from Jaipur, Udaipur, Bhiwadi,Delhi,NCR,Gurgaon and Chandhigarh came  together for amazing learning experience. Members were able to understand more about their officer roles, contest judging criteria and more about Toastmasters through group activities and sessions like Know Your Toastmasters, Moments of truth, Distinguish Club Program, Club Online resources, Club Officers Training Program and Judges Training Program. Faculty for the training sessions were :

 who conducted detailed informative and interactive sessions.

There were three sessions namely Know More About Toastmasters, Club online resources and Moments of Truth. In parallel, there were Officers Training and Judges Training Program along with the sessions on Distinguished Club Program, selective distinguished club Program , Golden Gravel Award.

The Sessions were very informative , Knowledgeable and beneficial for club growth in session 2014-2015.

It is Immense pleasure for VIT TOASTMASTER's Family to announce that our member and faculty coordinator Mrs. Kalpana Takhar is now AREA GOVERNOR of our area under district 41, Toastmasters International.
